Start out slow with those, they're quite a bit stronger than apple seeds. Have 3 a day and work your way up, otherwise it'll upset your stomach

I get flu shot every year. I got the nasal spray vaccine one year because I did t want to get poked. I dunno why tbh; it was like a temporary needle fear or something lol ^^ Anyway, I did that once and am now happy to be poked. It was awful lol ^^
