I dont understand why they wouldn't reset it. It's a god dam emulated server anyway, at some point in the timeline it should happen, it's not like there making money from the red server like they do on blue for the past eight years.

Well if thy reset it players will leave blue and rejoin or join. Red and they will lose donations

Why would they reset it ? because it's an emulated server, in the meaning that their is a timeline as to how long it lasts or the potency if you will. I'm not insane this a VERY common practice of emulators. You can throw whatever insult you want at me, this server clearly means more to you. Sometimes I forget this is extremely important to some people and the only shining light in their lives.

The person you are arguing with has been griefed off this server multiple times and would log in again whether he knows it or not if there was a reset.

honestly, if rogean reset the server at the same time elysium goes live on the 7th. the constant down time elysium will have would probably draw a 500+ crowd to a reset red server.

Yes, comparing the wipe of a 18 year old emulated game that has peak population in the 70's is comparable to "wiping" your bank account to "re-earn" your money.

Maybe they shouldn't "wipe" sports seasons either.

p.s., every MMO essentially wipes your progress every expansion now by rendering meaningless your items & progress because they learned from the failures of EQ where you needed to grind level 70+ and 5000 AA's in order to play the game.
