I agree that loots should be forfeited. But to whom? Is Aftermath really the only wronged guild?

Still, out of the past year there has been no post-kill concession to my knowledge that haa included a forfeiture of loot. Both guilds have chosen to omit this from their concessions and have, for some reason, gotten away with it for a very long time.
