Default Sneak should not work underwater

I'm sure there are other threads about this but meh, figured it's time for a fresh one.

RE: moving hide???

You cannot start to sneak and hide underwater, but you can continue to sneak/hide from dry land into the water. Hurts in places like Kedge Keep.

re: Hide/Sneak across Zone Lines!!!!

Um, yeah, sneak/hide underwater has been in game for months now.

Your in KK, hit sneak first, which was new underwater as of like 4 months ago, then, I assume you have Nimble Evasion 5 since it costs almost nothing, so you'll have no problem activating hide, and now you swim all over.

And with full speed underwater sneak, Sony has basically fixed all the problems we've had dealing with water.

It's been a great year to love the Stealth aspect of you're rogue.

Speaking from experience on the Al'Kabor server, you were actually able to activate Sneak (or SoS) underwater, however you had to time it during your loading screen. Hitting the button as you're loading in, because there's a point while you're loading in the server doesn't understand which fluid medium you are in, and it lets you sneak. But if you load in fully to your character it won't let you sneak.

Not a huge deal, probably limited by our non-classic client anyways. But I approve of this change.

Yep... this behavior is what I also experienced in Live Classic/Velious. Alas, I can't recall whether I could or could not initiate hide/sneak underwater during Classic.

All experienced rogues know that EQEmu/P99 is far from perfect when it comes to Hide/Sneak behaviors. Enjoy it while it lasts...
