Is there another option? Removing sense of touch would require fundamentally changing your consciousness imo, like removing an integrated system vs some peripheral. I don't think you would survive long even if we make it possible with magic, need pain signals etc to monitor self.

Yes, if my theory is correct. Friend of mine "killed himself" but me and several others have a hunch that his psychotic girlfriend did it. She was over it in days and moved some new guy in right after. Cant question a woman's story though.
