There is no answer, it's like asking what mood are you always in. Or what same music do you always turn on when you want to cure this or celibate that, a style or genre for everything.
Even when I'm playing/practicing, I'm always switching around. I usually play like folk, blues, jazz, metal, rock, alternative, country, at least on guitars. Keyboards even more broad, including a lot of different electronic stuff (e.g. from dance to drone). But I prolly play folk the best, or contemporary American folk, which is still like a huge pile of different genres and hybrids.
