Yea I changed it back. The original problem can be fixed by:

Deleting all cookies that contain project1999.org in it.
Relogging in from either the main page or the forums, using the www.project1999.org. I don't support using the website without the www on it and it may cause problems (Wordpress used to enforce it, but thats gone now).
