Agreed - it was pretty clear that by and large if more Norrathians turned out to vote, Cazic Thule would've stood a better chance at taking swing zones like Freeport & Qeynos, as well as Rivervale. It could have easily turned the election.

The reasoning behind this is pretty clear too - Innoruuk supporters all voted, more or less. Too many ogres and trolls were understandably turned off by Cazic Thule and opted to sit this one out.
