At 12 the minos in steam font are fantastic, the NW corner has a 4 spawn that repops pretty quick, its a great place to learn the basics of charm killing.
after you warm up there the nybright sisters over in Lfay are great exp/money till 16ish. Unrest/kurns both great options about now(you got breeze now) outdoor spots will be much easier till you get rune/a gobi ring | ||
