its pretty easy to do, the 30's is really the struggle solo, once u get 40's it gets better.

EQ is always best played from a horror/survival perspective anyway.

Not that it matters all of the people listed somehow managed to have more deaths and less kills then Kerwin (70 kills 130 deaths)
