Well, I've got my cleric, and I've got my necro... And that darned Necro gets encumbered faster than I can say "encumbered!" lol

He is still low level, but I can move him to EC Tunnel, np. What would be some good STR items for low level necromancers? I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks!
The cost of netted kelp is very high though.

Honestly if you just want raw strength, I suppose you could get gauntlets of potence they give 15str, or a thick banded belt both give 15 str. They would only give str, and not be very practical for anything other than that.

If you want useful caster items, loam belt gives 8str, loam choker gives 4str, steel wristband of strategy gives 7str and 7int, actually a few loam pieces give strength and are quite cheap.

Also, a way to inadvertently make yourself lighter is to get gear and a robe that is lighter weight.

As others suggest, weight reduction bags are useful, but they are expensive. If you want light weight bags, get shaman potion bags they are .4 in weight.

You can go to NK gypsy camp give the gypsy greater lightstones and she will give you 6 slot containers that hold giant items that only weigh .2!
