'4242' is the story of a young female immigrant, a story of a teenager's anguish who is trying to redefine her identity after being forced to leave home.

So my guess what comes after is abortion. 9 months into pregnancy. Hill dog will be there to rip the child from the womb. Then she will suck the soul's energy from the tiny defenseless child's corpse.
