Probably best to just send them a PM on the forums. Rogean and Nilbog are the two top guys still I believe - if I remember right Rogean is more on the server/hardware side of things, and Nilbog handles more of the coding/development. For in game issues, Sirken is the lead GM and handles in game customer support and conflict resolution type stuff.
