Keep in mind that Dev has full Kunark and Velious working, so you never know.

The velious box was pretty elite actually.

Velious is too big for Zek boxes and the gear gap between starting fresh and Velious gear is too much for my taste. I'm sure people with high play times enjoyed it more. I know you can progress fast but small crews end up leveling 2-3 chars per person and with such a small server life it still ends up being a lot of grinding/farming to get characters geared.

With PvP points giving you all the gear from the expansions the additional zones essentially become pointless anyways so I doubt you will see expansions open with PvP vendors in.

I think the Kunark boxes hit the sweet spot that gave the longest server life. Additional PvE without large gear gaps for new players to deal with.
