I have no idea what you are complaining about. You can petition for it or you can get in contact with Admins directly through PM's. They have lives outside of managing petitions and whatnot. They're not gonna stop what their doing for you...you're not a special snowflake.
Does it suck not being able to play with who want? Yeah I can relate but I waited and got my IP exempted it's a little thing called patience....get it and you'll be happier. I for one like that they are so strict here about IP. I do not want some dude multi-boxing and ruining the game for everyone else it's a small price to pay for a nice gameplay experience.
