That is just a socket for a cosmetic purchase you can make after getting the item, not an option to buy it. However, Daybreak just recently released mounts you can purchase that give you a pretty decent HP/Resist buff and a small AC buff. Many people are upset about this and even more upset that one mount was released by accident with even better stat buffs that they quickly pulled from the shop, but are allowing those who were quick enough to purchase it to keep it.
