Catholicism fits the bill and that had a lot to do with why the Anglican Church had to be formed. The Pope was trying to cook up too many gay weird depraved ideas to convince people to act against their nature. Really only Judaism leaves enough freedom of thought and interpretation. It says sex outside of wedlock is bad and leads to bad things, but casts no judgment otherwise.

Talk about fucking creepy and traumatizing weird stuff. Most people have no clue about these weird sects and Churches that have chosen to radically adopt and enhance the principles of Catholicism.

This was interesting and I felt the need to address this. The mentions of the book of life are what settled this shit for me. When you are "judged" you either get to go on or you are erased from the book of life. Essentially you are erased from existence. No suffering or agony. Your mom isnt in heaven grieving because little Timmy is in a lake of hellfire. Hell is for demons. Instead mom never knew you and all memory is gone. The fire and Gehenna stuff alludes to this. When something is burned it is gone forever.
I find this idea interesting because atheist (a former one myself) find comfort in the idea of nothingness. Yet when you discuss this with an atheist they use this as a basis for why god is a kid playing with ants with a magnifying glass.
