Spells: Harmony Issues

The spell still appears to be AoE, however only vs. PC's. I just cast the spell on Bartle Barnick in Rivervale. The spell hits me, however it does not hit "a shady halfling" which stands between the two of us.

Yeah, was just gonna post on this too. Harmony should always be AoE, and currently it is not.

It currently IS ae, just some weirdness going on with the targets it is selecting to AE

To follow Uthgaards preferred model... :P

Stand within Harmony AE range from Mob 1:
Cast Harmony on Mob 1.
Harmony hits Mob 1 and myself.
Harmony does NOT hit Mob 2, which is standing between me and Mob 1.
