Good boogeyman made up by WASP American media in Manhattan, New York (mostly the journalists who secretly have anti-Semitic leanings) and their Judge and Magistrate friends (who were angry about having to do some actual work for once and earn their six figure salary), because a few well-off people happened to have the ability to put a Tort case together at the drop of a dime with a single phone call to a Jewish friend.
