Quest Issue: Interrogator's Badge Quest

Theodore Exanthem should be a plain NPC, not a merchant! He sells nothing, and, damn, forgot to see if he does something crazy like offer a zillion plat for one fishing grub.

An interrogator heads to the druid ring before Theodore Exanthem does. One would think he would wait a bit more.

I thought 8 summoned minions and 11 wraiths was a bit excessive. That being said, maybe I should have used some strategy instead of rushing in.

More classic behavior: An interrogator doesn't give you a confession document for Theodore Exanthem. You have to magically know to get an extra one from the last badge quest.

Theodore Exanthem makes a big X at the bottom of the document and hands it back saying, 'A bunch of worthless thugs is all you folks are!'

Waiting for an interrogator to respawn so you can do the turn in is tiresome, but def classic.

Other than the quibbles above, everything worked fine.
