Most of the groups victimized by harassment and vandalizing are tax paying, voting, and politically active in their small community. Upstanding nationalists pride themselves on being law-abiding actually. Spotless criminal records, hence no indictment has ever stuck against them in US history. In fact, indictments are never even filed. Its pure harassment of the taxpayers.
The lowlifes you refer to only exist in the movies you watch. You can't vote as a felon. You are using the fringe to make a justification and that's wrong.
