Quest Issue: Qeynos Interogator badge quests

It is a fun quest line..

1) you should be able to say "summon a guard" to an investigator and have the guard escort spawn. (This was working for me)

2) I will make sure Theodore is not a merchant going forward.

3) the third quest is not ready yet, sorry about your badge!

Tried "summon a guard" with both the perp and interrogater targetted.

Such a great quest, great job devs!

I see I incorrectly had "summon guard".

"Summon a guard." will work after next patch.

Fixed, pending update.
