It's fortunate they limit TLPs somewhat in what they can buy, but it's still really fucking dumb. People pay subscriptions to make sure developers continue to work on the game and servers get the necessary maintenance. Everything else should be available through gameplay not some stupid cash shop.

I'm positive Daybreak slowed down Phinny's solo exp rate (compared to Ragefire/Lockjaw) just to sell more exp pots. Phinny is their cash cow.

Exp rate in groups is still pretty fast though - maybe they just wanted to force people to group for more classic feel.

That was my thought. I'm a big fan of encouraging people to group. I really hated how solo/duo was the only real option to get fast xp on P99. I wanted to gouge my eyes out nearly every time I was in a 6 man xp group.

This really frustrates me. I don't want to group to get EXP. But on Phinigel it seems EXP isn't split at all so you're encouraged to play an extremely minor part in a 6-man group and earn the same exp as an enchanter who is working his ass off charm killing his way through a dungeon.

Killing 3 blues solo for 1% exp pre-level 10 is so retarded.

Soloing damn well should return better exp than grouping because a single player is doing all of the work. It's a shame it doesn't on Phinigel.
