Why is Sceptre of Desctruction so overpriced ?

Awesome proc stun that interrupts casting

Great for end game or leveling up and usable by a lot of classes. I don't know the price really should be on it but I would say in the million+ on a server where people just accumulate money with nothing to spend it on.

What's bugged? It comes in around 650-700 hate per proc in my tests?

Granted it's not amazing due to poison and slow hate being ridiculously high on this server (is that what you're considering bugged..?)

I've been away a few months, I know you had some speculation on the last sod thread, you get anything concrete now?

What is the resist rate like on SoD proc? Also, what percent of damage does the proc make up on average? I've always been curious how it stacks up DPS wise compared to something like Baton of Flame. Baton is 1 less delay and 1 more damage, but a smaller fire based proc, so I'd imagine they'd be pretty close unless the SoD procs / lands a lot.

I'd say most of the hype of those who weild an SOD comes from the perception that they somehow "beat p99" by getting warder loot that no longer drops before some others. The item itself is not a game changer.

Often times you can find some of the less intelligent IB/rampage/whatever they are now folks linking their SOD in a lame attempt at flexing their epeen or trolling. Always got a kick out of ppl who clearly derive some kind of self worth or pride from pixelz.

Had some idiot meefus spamming ooc in the feerott the other day with SOD links. It was as if he thought i would bow in reverence to him since he had it. I got a kick out of it.
