I was just slightly amused that the poor guy had invested effort into settling on a pronunciation for a name whose spelling he has mistaken.

Although I was intrigued to see him pronounce the 'j' as a 'y,' whereas I have always said it more like a 'j' in my own head.

Oh, I missed a letter or two? Eh, whatever. Dol-yown-ee-yar-nee-more-ihn-ar.

I am pretty sure the name is Norwegian, so the j is pronounced y (see: fjord). EQ draws on several different languages when it comes to names, so I tend to go with different pronunciations based on what I think the origin is. (EX: Nansaidh in Thurgadin is 'Nancy' - Gaelic spelling)
