Why use that term and not just 'white'?

On another note, the term is used synonously with 'white' in (especially the US) but Caucasians includes people from India, the Middle East and Northern African. The common usage is quite wrong.

As to the OP, I think it's just a strawman argument. Even if I dislike Will Smith and his family quite a bit.
