Game Mechanics: Guild Management/Raid Functions

Wondering if Guild Management tool and/or Raid functions can be fixed without altering the client, or if they have just been left broken because they don't emulate classic.

Guild Management tool would be a huge help for most of the guilds on this server to track the movement, progress, and people in their guild.

Raid Function not only helps against Kill Stealing, but allows for better distribution of loot and ease of buffing/handling raid groups.

This has probably been posted about before didn't wanna look through 25 pages of bug reports, but felt that it should be looked at to see if it can be fixed at the least.

Thanks guys, doing a great job with the server beyond the raid drama.
