Does Arantir despawn post-turnin? If not you could probably just piggyback another Wizard's quest. Otherwise yeah, looks like you would have to kill the golem for a second staff.

Yes, you will have to kill the broken golem to get the note or piggyback off another wizard. The version on Arantir that you spawn with the Ro's breath will not work, it's not the correct version of the mob.

You might be able to purchase a cazic skin off an old player, that's what I did post launch
