Spells: Rest the Dead

Are you sure you're using "Rest the Dead" -- the level 24 necro spell -- and not the lower level equivalent Numb the Dead?

AFAIK, Rest does not take any bone chips -- I've been using it fairly frequently over the last few days and it has never taken bone chips from me for casting it. I just logged in to check before I posted this as well and confirming that a single cast of RtD by a level 36 necro does not consume any bone chips.

"Numb the Dead", the lower level version, DOES take bone chips and this has been stated as working as intended by the devs. Apparently in classic NtD used to take bone chips, though that was changed at some point.

Hope this helps. Moral of the story: use rest the dead instead of numb the dead.
