He is talking about the current context of the word. Trump saving the GOP and America from cucks like Jeb who have ran kids. It isn't just one whose wife is unfaithful, the idea is that the guy is raising another man's kids who were produced by an unfaithful wife....the welfare state and unrestricted immigration are the metaphorical brown kids the white man is raising.

This is the rationale I'm pretty sure. To be fair a lot of the people who use the word cuck also call me a cuck (lol) because I'm to the left on almost every issue except guns.
