Still getting it myself. Been spamming, hasn't yet resolved.

I often find that when I get error like this or blank server lists I am able to correct it by one of two means.

1: Once out of game, open a command window preferably as administrator then type ipconfig /flushdns {enter} give it a few seconds and close that out and retry.

2: Was to use the EMUpatcher login - "C:\{Path}\EQEmuLauncher.exe"

It will run the same stuff just an extra step, though normally I go back and relaunch from my normal login icon and things are usually good after either or both.
