![]() As mobs start hitting harder I think the should be slowed.
Use a cheap slow such as [29]Tagar's Insects(125) or [39]Togor's Insects(175) Using [51]Turgur's Insects(250) is usually a waste of mana for none end game mobs. Slowing usually comes into play after level 30ish definitely around the 40s and I wouldn't go without it in the 50s. Slow is OP and will save you mana on heals in the long run. Always communicate with your monk. If they feel it doesn't need to be slowed then dont.

![]() For leveling, definitely monk. Once 60 and the shaman has torpor, it would be better on the shaman.
