This is an Alpha-Male problem between Cops and Black Males. NOT racism. The Corporate Media's constant glorification of "gangster culture" is warping the minds of young Black males. Couple these destructive forces together and it creates a disdain for law enforcement and tension when these 2 "alpha males" interact.

Get the Fathers who are the Families vested Alpha Males raising your children again and this problem will dissipate significantly.
