Skyfire zone lagging out time and time again

Hiya,

Skyfire keeps lagging out -- Charm pets break and kill me before I even know whats happening, cant mem or unmem spells, name cycle pops underground, leaves me completely out of control.

Its not just me, my partner lags out also and cant log back in. Been happening a few days now.
