Hey Crashking,

If you are 40+ and looking for a casual raiding guild, check out our guild Paradox at www.paradoxeq.com to read the guild rules and submit an application.

Or you can shoot any of our Officers a tell in game: Vincenzo, Riverhead, Scalezmaroo, Nenet or Jamini.

We use Vent for raids, /ran 1000 on a need before greed basis for all loot and raid on the weekends.
