There is no abrogation in the Qur'an. The correct understanding based on the context and reasoning is that we always work for peace and only fight if necessary until the aggressive party agrees to cease with a treaty or otherwise. The following ayat clearly explain that, among others:

No. Read the previous reply and think. Its a very easy concept to understand unless you're actually stupid or deliberately ignoring the explanations. We only attack people who attack us and refuse to cease, or if they attack innocent people, because that's the only method for establishing peace against an aggressive army. Which I already said. All ayat about war are under that context. Especially since God commands us to be righteous, and its wrong to kill peaceful people regardless of religion.

As for the witnesses, should have been more than two, and that one guy was just guessing. Even infowars had nothing conclusive. Hiroshima was part of war. War is awful. A ground invasion could have quite literally been the end of the Japanese people. And not because of some sinister ambitions of Americans, but because of the extraordinary pride of Japan.
