If you have a history of playing together and can prove it, it is unlikely you will get pinched.
Even if you get hit in a blanket wave by mistake, it would be easy to prove your relationship and reasoning behind giving him the items while you are not playing. For some reason, I get the impression that your level 25 nercro and sub-12 alts don't have many thousands of plat worth of gear to be RMTing anyways.
