What class are you. I know it's possible to split the spawns solo, 56 is very do-able there.

You won't be able to split the 'main room' very easily as he has very high MR. I've never landed a root on him myself.
Good spot if you have the dmg for it, can be competitive because of the zone ZEM so expect to see people.
If you can find a group or duo/trio you may want to consider efreeti camp that's between 4 and 10 on the map. Best exp imo.
