Trying to log in but says invalid pw

Two possibilities

1. You are trying to log into the game (loginserver) with an eqemu account. Your loginserver account is linked to, but different from, your eqemu account.

Go to http://www.eqemulator.org/account/?LS

This will list your loginserver account(s). You can see the username and reset the password if necessary. These are the details that you use to login once you start EverQuest.

2. You are trying to log in to the live eq servers. If this is the case it means you need to start from scratch -- delete your install and follow the Getting Started guide again, make sure to follow each one of the steps exactly.
