As well, I've linked government documents that cover an admittance to weather modification and having been put into experimental practice (actually doing it with results) by numerous government agencies. As well as links to industry and government specialists speaking out against these programs and the harm that they do.

Disinformation is nothing new, it's made for lazy people which unfortunately are many in this world. This in fact is based on science, and even the PNAS is discussing these things.

Geoengineering is going on, all one needs to do is look up in the sky on a regular basis(major cities especially) to study the difference between a contrail, chem trail, and a normal natural fluffy cloud. Like someone said earlier on this "i can't cure lazy". All of the information needed on the subject is available, sorry if it makes you sad inside to know they are spraying us like sheep. But it is a fact the US government has sprayed it's own citizenry with all kinds of things including known diseases.

That is a different kind of question because both 'good' and 'well' are subjective and something done 'well' is not necessarily 'good'. For example, the 9/11 terror attacks were well executed, but were they good? That depends on who you ask.

With the dogs, the answer was what it was because if we cannot accept that a thing is necessarily itself we can't have a discussion at all ^^

To answer the question though, no, I have not.

Any good poll has the Bush/Towers choice here at p99 (i.e. the conspiracy vote), for those that know where all roads lead.
