you can read all the books you want
.. the hands on training is where it's at... I took a first floor of the job I'm overseeing and completely reworked this engineers HVAC prints to make it work... he has no idea what the hell he's doing..I think every engineer should spend atleast 3 years in the field before being able to make decisions .
