Let's just pick two pvp captains and draft teams within tempest. Can keep track of the teams on the forums and have fun skirmishes with each other. It sucks raiding with two guild tags because gchat is actually useful.

This is more likely, and actually is going to happen in the future. I have plans and dreams. Probably an optional DKP event ( a chance to regain dkp on a raid you missed or something along that nature) probably wont affect regular RA
