I lived in Minot AFB for 2 years with a family member, It was pretty terrible.

Creating Tempest was actually my idea and i pushed for it happen. In fact my motivation to come back to this game was to form a guild and fight Empire and do some content with some pals. For the record i suceeded, and I also have all my gear including my Amulet of Necropotence. Not sure what you are refering to.
