Its a red PvP server.

its not subject to the specifics of the Blue PnP and has never had Blue rules enforced on it, ever. Sirken takes red issues on a case by case basis and makes his rulings based on the spirit of the rules, not the letter of the rule. Its up to the staff to evaluate this situation based on past precedent and make a decision as to whether the PnP was violated here.

This is no different than the robe. He was blessed with a manastone. He is a known ninja looter and enemy of the server, and someone gave him more stuff.

Escalate this petition above Llandris imo, no offense the guides are just too new and possibly out of touch with Red99. This needs the big guns on the case.

I'd appeal to a veteran PvP staffer, probably Sirken. If Sirken says hes gotta serve a suspension/ban, and lose the manastone, then I will settle on that. But a guide ruling is just not going to cut it here on a big case like this.

Honestly.. When I played I thought Salaeyman was a complete waste of space. But after the Robe and now this Stone.. I have to say I am extremely proud and blessed to have played next to the best Erudite Paladin on the box.
