idk man chrono trigger... it was the first official "too much shit to keep track of in this game" square game IMO
I personally think FF2 is the best of their games.. it has all of the things I love about FF but its simplified in a way that doesn't make it feel, bloated or convoluted... which FF3 feels to me.. 3 is just 2 with more shit everywhere... Even the art feels more 'gritty' to me than 2.. it crosses the line somewhere from cartoony simplified imagry to trying to be real? but still cartoony? and gritty? idk... 3 just made me start to think that graphics are getting too good for my taste. Honestly I think chronotriger is to FF3 as FF3 is to FF2.. So for me that makes it even worse. \ Not that I didnt enjoy the game. | ||
