Most educated and civilized people are against SRS/GRS.

Emulating the parts doesn't make you a man or a woman. Not sure why so many bigots think this is the case?

I would like to know the answer to this as well, since there are no immutable differences between males and females. Don't even try that "different but equal" bullshit either.

What gives people? Why aren't any of you concerned when some 24 year old woman is banging your 16 year old son? A victim is a victim whether they know it or not. I think the problem is more one of awareness. We need more programs aimed at helping victims understand that they are victims or we are never going to get anywhere.

The trans community understands. And they're making progress because of it.
