Why is Emissary of Thule so pricey?

1) It's rare
2) There are a lot of necromancers on the server
3) It's a spectre
4) While the damage is only modestly better than the rogue/monk, it's also really the only pet that can actually take hits and stay up which is useful in a lot of situations
