Strip steak is only good attached to the bone, a T-bone or a porterhouse.

By itself it just...seems shitty.

I love that outer piece of the ribeye that is textured like a sirloin tip, i don't like the center of the ribeye all that much.

It is called the rib-eye cap, best piece of cow right there.

However, I have to say that 和牛 and Kobe Beef are pretty damn good, except my wallet can't handle it.
