Then yeah, it's a scam. You got scammed... and you made it damn easy for the person to do it too.

At what point whilst giving over the money did you think "if this doesn't work, how will i get my money back?". You trusted someone who you didn't know and you got burnt for it. You're not the first, you won't be the last.

Hell, I'd leave the account unbanned and if people are stupid enough to do what you did, then so be it. RMT is now against the rules, I'm sure it still goes on, but there's no accountability for it. You can't use an escrow service like bob, because you're violating the rules.

What you're doing is the equivalent of a drug dealer going to the police because a drug deal went bad. It's ludicrous.
