![]() Hey all
Since I fitted a new SSD to which I promptly installed p1999 I have been getting a strange issue with the game. When I log in everything is fine but within a few minutes I get an odd effect where if I click any button on the EQ game screen my full screen EQ minimises to desktop, this get repeatedly worse until any mouse click causes the effect. I have re-installed the game completely twice to the SSD and copied over my original installation folder in its entirety from my second standard HDD that didn't suffer with the issue (and still doesn't) but the problem still persists. I can still use the installation on the standard HDD but its strange that it only happens on the SSD installation repeatedly (I like fast loading times). Has anyone seen this before? Thanks in advance for any replies [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Legobrick/Gloome

![]() Ok I'm gonna do my best to explain this but I am terrible at explaining anything and I don't really understand the problem - So lets say i'm playing in windowed mode, 1280x720 to be precise. Now on my 1920x1080 monitor the EQ window doesn't take up a whole lot of my screen ( the area that isn't EQ, the visable desktop, i will call dead space ) - Now if I fullscreen and try to click anywhere in that dead space it minimizes the game, if that makes sense. So what I do is change my windowed mode to the same resolution as my monitor and then make sure it fills my whole screen and then switch to fullscreen - now that dead space is gone and clicking doesn't cause any problems.
I can't word that any better at the moment lol But maybe try that, change your windowed mode resolution, make sure it takes up your whole screen, and then go fullscreen.

![]() I dealt with this problem on my big screen it took me a while to figure it out. You have to have your monitor/tv resolution set to the same as your game. So if monitor is 1920x1080 FS has to be the same, or if you click outside of what it is set at you will click out of the game.
Honestly if you have 2 screens you should play in Windows mode because if you mouse over and click off screen you will most like die unless you are sitting.

![]() thx these tips worked for me... Didn't realize had to set the resolution for both modes (full and windowed). Kept right-clicking me out of full screen prior to this
